Kathy was working the Madame Leota cart and saw my 3-year old son crying as he left the ride and started calming him down from what she assumed was a traumatic experience - actually, Robbie was upset because he is a BIG HM fan, and we were moving to another attracting after only five doom buggy circuits that morning!

Kathy quickly switched topics and got Robbie talking about what he liked about the ride and was everyone was all smiles again. We gave Kathy a WWWD Haunted Mansion pin!
