When our dinner (for 6 including 3 people new to Disney/Phantasmic) went terribly awry and we missed the show (Phantasmic) due to delayed service, Ryan Hoskins of Sunset OPS came to our rescue.

We were trying to impress our three friends (two of whom are Broadway aficionados from New York) with the "Disney Experience". What a nightmare it became. Poor food service, missed show, the only thing that could have been worse would have been the friends getting run over or lost as they fled MGM Studios. They met Ryan on the way out. He not only arranged superb priority seating for the following night, but convinced the Brown Derby to comp our friends’ meal.

All in all Ryan took a disaster for us, our friends and for Walt Disney World (Yes, we all would have told and retold the disaster story many times) and converted it into a true "What Would Walt Do" moment. He exceeded our expectations and made our friends true believers in the "Magic of Disney" Thanks Ryan Hoskins for embodying the true spirit of Walt Disney.
