| Natalie - How Cast Members Spread Magic and Overcome Guests' | |

I took my parents to WDW--my dad hadn't been in 15 years or more--and was trying to make everything as magical as possible for them. We had a Wildlife Discovery tour planned for 10 AM on this morning and were told to meet at the Harambe Marketplace in Africa at the Animal Kingdom Park. I didn't read our information carefully enough--I saw "marketplace" and assumed that it was the gift shop downstairs in our hotel where we met and caught the tour. I didn't realize my mistake until 9:45--when we were supposed to be AT the Harambe Marketplace and meet the tour. I went to Natalie for help, realizing we'd never make it on time and not wanting our fellow tour-goers to have to wait on us. After several phone calls to Guest Services, WDW Tours, and even to "Scheduling" there at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and being given the "run around" several times, Natalie continued to try to get us moved to the 1 PM tour (even calling her manager to help cut through the confusion and get out of the "run around" merry-go-round). Natalie's good cheer and persistence were very appreciated, and in the end, paid off. My family and I were able to go on the 1 PM tour and enjoy the different animals of the safari. Thanks Natalie for helping to make my parents' trip magical and helping me to not disappoint them!
