Heather was helping my wife select a watch at the watch store on Main Street, when I joined them. Heather remembered me from the Lilly Belle premiere, even though that was six months ago! The next day we saw her at the Disneyana store and she offered us her candid opinions and expert knowledge about some of the merchandise.

Heather is the exemplification of friendly: she's polite without being stiff, and always makes us feel at home. We leave feeling like welcomed guests, not just another customer.

We presented Heather with her pin in front of her manager, Christi. We explained about the "What Would Walt Do?" program as neither was familiar with it. Christi was very appreciative of our praise. Heather seemed genuinely touched.

We look forward to our next visit with Heather.
