At the end of a very tiring day, my sisters and I (all senior citizens) picked up packages we had had sent to the Boardwalk. We went back to our room which was VERY far from the elevators and checked the packages. We discovered we had not been given the receipts with our Visa slips attached. My sister walked all the way back to the store to get the slips.

When she returned to the room we discovered we were missing 2 packages and had received a package belonging to another guest. We walked the LONG hallways back to the Screen Door. By this time I was very tired, irritable and annoyed. Brian (I later found out he was a college student who was there for the first time) received a tongue lashing from me. He was very apologetic for the error (which I found out later was not his fault) and did his best to straighten out the mix up. He even caught up with us as we left the store to apologize again.

The next day I realized I had been terribly rude in the way I handled the situation and went back to apologize to Brian. Unfortuately he wasn't working at the store. We were leaving to fly home on Saturday afternoon. I stopped again and a cast member told me Brian would be working at ESPN that night. I wrote a brief note and left the note and WWWD pin with the cast member. She assured me that she would see that Brian received them.

Brian handled the situation very professionally and calmly. Not only would Walt be pleased with his actions, his mother would be very proud of him too!
