We met Bob along with the 'already pinned' Ginger (we did not know this at the time), at the entrance to Frontierland. As new pin traders we met them to trade and ended up in a 30 minute conversation. We were impressed with them instantly, and hope to see them often. A while later we ran into Bob he was at the bottom of the Disney Gallery stairs near Le Bat En Rouge.

We had just experienced an unsettling instance with another cast member regarding pin trading. When Bob heard what had happened he was ready to walk with us to find a solution. At the time my hip was bothering me so he took the matter in hand and went in action.

Later he returned, explained what he found and indeed went above and beyond what we had ever expected! Bob is along with Ginger without a doubt touched by the spirit of Walt. As he was explaining to us what he had encountered with the other cast member, I remembered WWWD from an article in Disney Magazine and though this would be a very poignant way of saying thanks and recognizing him as one of Disney's finest.
