My partner, Steve Sansweet, was signing books both days of a "Star Wars" weekend at The Writer's Stop. Bob, a white haired man, served as a traffic cop of sorts (traffic control), made sure Steve was comfortable, got supplies that he needed to autograph his books (blank paper, pens, etc.) for him to autograph books (and posters, and action figures, etc.) for the long line of "Star Wars" fans coming through the door. He also served as traffic control. Where Bob went the extra mile is: he asked Steve if he would like a cappuccino. "I'll make it for you personally!" And he did -- very proudly serving it to him at the desk. He then asked me if I would like one! He didn't have to do that, but I was quite frankly flattered and honored that he asked. And you know, he makes a darn good cappuccino! Bob was also with us two years ago at The Writer's Stop and he made the two-day book signing a very pleasant and welcoming experience. Steve and I weren
