My daughter became severely ill while visiting Animal Kingdom. She had gotten sick to her stomach all over herself and the walkways in the park due to a migraine headache. Bill personally escorted her along with my mother and got my daughter new pants and a Pluto (her favorite character).

My mother was unable to reach my husband and I as we were with other family members in the park- Bill helped her to remain calm and got her all the help she needed.

I returned to Animal Kingdom on Friday, April 11 and was able to finally meet Bill in person and thank him with a WWWD pin. Thanks Bill for keeping the Disney magic alive!
