At our most recent visit to Walt Disney World I booked the "Family Magic Tour" at the Magic Kingdom for my two daughters, sister-in-law, my mother and myself. Of course we were on Mickey time and were running late for the tour. We needed to be in the Magic Kingdom at 9:45, unfortunately we were just approaching the monorail at the Polynesian at that time. I mentioned to John we were late for a tour and the next thing I knew he was on the phone. John called ahead to Main Street City Hall to let them know "the DePews" were on the way. If it wasn't for John we would have missed our tour.

Thank you again John, you made our day magical!
