I have been to Walt Disney World many times. My family and I come down every year at Christmas time to spend our holiday at our favorite place, Walt Disney World. This particular time when I called I got Berola. She assisted me in ways that no other agent they have, has ever done in the past. We usually stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside every time we came down.

Berola started talking about the Wilderness Lodge and how beautifully it was decorated around Christmas time. She described the resort in such a way that how could I not make a reservation.

During our conversation, she talked about Mickey's Christmas party and how fun it would be for our family. I had never been to the Christmas party, but decided to go this year. So I purchased tickets.. We also did dining reservations for our entire stay. I was so impressed by the agent and how she was so helpful in planning our Christmas Vacation. She really was very friendly and provided great Guest service.

If Walt was alive he would be very proud of this cast member. Needless to say, we went on our Christmas Vacation and had the best time ever. All the tips she gave us made us enjoy ourselves even more. And the Wilderness lodge.. Oh My God It was the greatest. Going from the Port Orleans Riverside to the Wilderness Lodge was the best move we could do.

Thanks to Berola, it made our stay a lot more comfortable..
