On the evening of June 3, 2003, we had a wonderful dinner at Artist Point at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we had lost track of time, and didn't realize that we missed the last buses and launches that would eventually take us back to the Polynesian Resort, where we were staying.

The Cast Member at the Main Desk area of the Wilderness Lodge directed us outside, to the Transportation and Bell Desk area, in front of the hotel, for advice. When we arrived there, we were greeted by a Cast Member by the name of Andy. When we told him about our predicament, he immediately offered to drive us to the Polynesian, himself, in one of the Wilderness Lodge's vehicles.

He was extremely helpful, pleasant, courteous, and friendly. We enjoyed chatting with him about the North East, as he is from Greenwich Village, New York. We are grateful for his assistance and his immediate offer to drive us. He is a truly exemplary Cast Member!
